Deep House Cleaning
Deep House Cleaning from about $239 to $339 per visit. Free itemized quote before anyone arrives.
A deep house cleaning is a top-to-bottom detailed clean that removes the hidden buildup and grime a regular visit skips. It fits a first clean before you start recurring service, a seasonal reset, or a home nobody has cleaned top to bottom in a while. You pay one flat price per visit, set by your bedrooms, bathrooms, and the condition of the home, and you know it before we arrive. Request your free quote.
What's included in a deep house cleaning
Every deep house cleaning we do follows the same written checklist. It covers everything a regular visit covers, then adds the detail work listed below: the inside of appliances, tile grout, baseboards, ceiling fans, window tracks, and the floor under furniture that can be moved. The crew works through it room by room, so nothing depends on anyone's memory and nothing gets dropped because the day ran long.
Deep clean vs regular clean for your home
A regular clean keeps everyday surfaces in shape, while a deep house cleaning goes after hidden buildup, heavy grime, and the spots that are hard to reach.
A regular visit is maintenance, booked weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. The crew vacuums and mops the floors, wipes counters, sinks, and the outside of appliances, gives the bathrooms a surface clean, and dusts what can be reached easily. Up to three bedrooms, that is usually about one and a half to four hours of crew time, and a standard visit starts at about $169 to $239.
A deep house cleaning is the detailed job. People book it every three to six months, or as the first visit before regular service starts. On top of the regular list it adds the inside of the oven, microwave, and refrigerator, baseboards and trim, window tracks and blinds, tile grout, and the floor behind and under furniture that can be moved. It takes longer, about four to seven hours for a three bedroom home, and starts at about $239 to $339 per visit.
If your home hasn't been cleaned top to bottom in months, start with a deep house cleaning, then switch to recurring visits.
When a deep house cleaning is worth it
A deep house cleaning is worth booking in a handful of clear situations.
You are about to start a recurring plan. The first visit clears the buildup, so every visit after it only has to keep the home where it is.
You moved into a home someone else lived in, and you want their grease, dust, and soap scum gone before your routine starts.
You just finished a renovation or a dusty project, and fine dust has settled on trim, vents, and every ledge.
The season changed. After a closed-up winter or a humid summer, a top-to-bottom reset puts the whole house back at a clean starting point.
Someone at home reacts to dust, and you want vents, ceiling fans, blinds, and upholstered cushions detailed instead of skipped.
You are hosting family for the holidays or getting the house ready to list for sale.
When you don't need one: if a crew already comes every two weeks, a deep house cleaning once or twice a year is usually enough.
How much does a deep house cleaning cost?
A deep house cleaning starts at about $239 to $339 per visit, depending on your state and your home.
By home size: size moves the price more than anything else. A studio or small condo lands near the starting price for your state. A typical three bedroom, two bathroom house costs more, and a large home with four or more bedrooms, or one that hasn't been cleaned top to bottom in years, costs more again, because the same checklist takes more hours.
Why a flat price and not an hourly rate: we set one fixed price per visit from your bedrooms, bathrooms, and the condition of the home. You know the total before anyone arrives, and a slow day for the crew never shows up on your bill. For comparison, a standard visit starts at about $169 to $239.
What costs extra: everything on the checklist above is in the price. Inside kitchen cabinets and drawers, interior window washing, carpet or upholstery shampoo, and laundry are add-ons you can ask for when you book, and they go into your quote before the visit, not onto a bill afterward.
The estimate is free, and the price you approve is the price you pay for the visit.
How long does a deep house cleaning take?
A deep house cleaning usually takes about three to four hours of crew time for a studio or one bedroom, four to six for two bedrooms, four to seven for a three bedroom home, and six to ten hours or more with four or more bedrooms. A home that has gone years without one runs longer, and pets, clutter, or heavy cooking can add half an hour to an hour. Those are crew hours: two people cut the time in your home roughly in half, so a six-hour job is about three hours on site.
To get ready:
Pick up loose items, toys, and laundry so the crew spends the time cleaning, not moving things.
Clear the counters and the tops of appliances.
Tell us ahead of time about pets, fragile pieces, or rooms to skip.

Deep house cleaning FAQ
Is a deep house cleaning worth paying for?
It is when the home has gone a few months without a top-to-bottom clean, or right before you start recurring visits. One visit, starting at about $239 to $339 depending on your state, clears the buildup that quick weekly cleaning never reaches. After that, regular visits cost less and go faster because they only maintain what is already clean.
How often should a home get a deep house cleaning?
Every three to six months works for most homes. If a crew already comes every week or two, once or twice a year is usually enough.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
That's up to you. Many people stay for the first few minutes to point out problem spots, then head out. When you book, tell us how the crew gets in and mention any pets or an alarm.
What is not included in a deep house cleaning?
Hoarding cleanup, biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest cleanup, construction debris, and exterior windows are outside what we do. Carpet or upholstery shampoo and the inside of cabinets and drawers are add-ons you can request when you book.
What is the 5-5-5 rule for cleaning?
It is a quick tidying method: either five minutes on each of five areas, or five things to toss, five to donate, and five to put back in one spot. It keeps clutter down between visits but never touches grout, baseboards, or appliances, and our guide walks through the full method.
